coffee with creamer

Hi, I've never drank coffee my whole life untill I the surgery 20 months ago. Now I love it! The trouble is I like with 2 teaspoons of powdered creamer and I also add skim milk. I've been drinking 6 to 8 cups a day so that's a lot of extra cals. Anyone know of something similar I could put in my coffee with less cals.? Not to mention the creamer is probably mostly corn syrup! Also has anyone else just started drinking coffee since surgery? Open RNY,distal,transected. Down 181 pounds in 20 months!
