I need to ask a question about dumping. I had a proximal 9 weeks ago and

I have done great on only eating what I am supposed to but tonight we had a party and I ate a small piece of cake and pie and 1 cookie and I didn't get sick or sweaty palms but I have had diarrhea all night long. Is that a sign of dumping? I hope this one night doesn't cause me to gain. Please advise me about this dumping . Thanks, Judy
