Can anyone help with a physician in the Fort Worth, Texas area who accepts Medicare

I have Medicare (primary) and Aetna but I can not find a physician in the Ft. Worth, Texas area doing the by-pass surgery. They all seem to be in the Dallas or larger areas. Anyone know if one?
