New Florida Medicaid Guidelines?

I just read where Florida Medicaid has new (tougher) guidelines to determine if we are medically necessary as of March 2002 or so. Does anyone know what those new guidelines are? I have a BMI of 76 with co-morbidities of HTN, Type II Diabetes, PE, wheelchair-bound. Do you think I would have trouble qualifying?
