Pubic area

Hello, I had surgeru on July 20, 2001. I have lost 101 pounds and just had my TT done on July 30th of this year. I wanted to know if my pubic area will ever shrink? I now have a flat tummy and a bulge of flabby fat on my pubic area. Now I wish I would have asked him to pull that part up during the TT. Will it ever go away? I feel so embarrassed all of the time. Anyone else have this problem?
