Ladies - will my boobs / breasts ever get smaller and match the new, smaller me?

Hi! I've about 5 months post-op, and have gone from 274 to 204 (70 lbs). I've gone from a tight 24 to a 16 now. My measurements are pretty good except for my chest. I was a 46 DD at surgery, I'm now a tight 40D. Everything I wear seems like I'm Dolly Parton, that their size is sooooo much bigger than the rest of me. Post-ops, has anyone shrunk a bit more? Have you noticed this too? I can wear shirts from Old Navy and Target but it's like my boobs are the main attraction, you know? (And they're very floppy, not solid, which I've read about too- the old "tubesock" syndrome). I really don't want to have a bood job, planning to breastfeed next baby whenever that happens and don't want to mess with the plumbing, if you know what I mean. Any advice, common concerns, would be appreciated. THANKS!!! =)
