Charlotte are info needed

I am asking this for a friend of a friend from the Charlotte, concord and statesville NC area.<P> They are looking for a self pay surgeon or a part time job suggestions to get surgery with insurance. Or other ideas to get surgery paid for. <P> Anyone have some good ideas and support for this lady? I will see gets this topic. Thanks in advance! Bob
