Anyone going on a Royal Carribean cruise? I just got home and they had the BEST!

Hi I just got home from a Royal Carribean cruise on monarch of the seas out of ft lauderdale. Me and Jen had WONDERFUL time. Anyhow they had the BEST sugar free chocolate cake and icing I ever tasted! Impossible to tell from regular cake! REALLY!. Now I bought the cookbook to get the recipe. Unfortunately the sugar free stuff isnt in there. The ship staff was nice and tried to help but said this was unlike most food onboard that is made from scratch, its a package mix and they seemed unsure of where it comes from. I was hoping if anyone knows or has a cruise planned they might find out more. By doing a little detective work onboard. By the time I found the recipe wasnt in the book the cruise was over. Any help would be appreciated. I will update my profile tomorrow with info on our cruise, it was FANTASTIC!
