Anyone around my height & weight have to have plastic surgery?

I am pre-op, surgery date is June 27th, at Northwest Suburban Hospital. I am a 26 year old female with 3 children. I am 274 and 5'5. I wanted to know if theres anyone that had to have plactic surgery or there arms or thighs or stomach that is around the same height and weight? What are the chances of my skin adjusting back?
