Anyone else experienced a pain like you've bruised ribs

It's up hight on my left side - higher than I think my new stomach sits. It feels like I should have a large bruise but there is nothing there. It doesn't hurt as much being still but when I try to move then it's a pretty uncomfortable feeling.
