2 questions - 1 about water and 1 about food

I am 2 weeks post op and I can hardly drink any water. It gives me an upset stomach. Pre op I was drinking about 1 1/2 gallons of water and now I can only drink a couple of sips. I am really thirsty and I don't know what to do. Also, has anyone had a problem with the liquid portion of their diet. I am getting nauseous everytime I drink the liquid diet stuff. I want to try food, but I don't want to disrupt my new stomach yet.
