Has anyone had a plateau last like 3 months?

I am losing some inches but I feel like such a failure,I even think the Dr. is thinking I am a failure, I have only lost 74 lbs in 10 months and I still have like 125 to go, Granted I have went from a size 30 to a 18 but I am so tired of failure. Stacy
