When does the evaluation happen?

When does the evaluation come about? I just went to my seminar thing last night, and now have all this paperwork to fill out and read, and have to take the exam.. about how long until i have the evaluation? and why is it 4 hours?? I couldnt really handle the 2 and half hour seminar i wonder how i will handle the 4 hour thing.. lovely
