Any one have Pancreatitis ever have RNY

I was reacently told that I could'nt have a RNY done due to the fact that I had Pancreatitis along with a Nissen. Which I know that I will have to have the Nissen reversed to have RNY. Then I found out that because I had Pancreatitis I may not be able to have this done. Anyone know of any one who had the RNY after Pancreatitis. I haven't had this in 3 years.
