I have a sharp stabbing pain that is in the center of my abdomin

I will be 3 months post-op on Feb 5th and I have been having sharp stabbing pains directly in the center of my abdomin. This pain started after I ate breakfast this morning and had been going on for 8 hours now. I have no nausea or vomitting and no fever. Thanks Krista
