Geisinger - PA - Does Anyone Have Geisinger Insurance

I have Geisinger Health Insuarance, PA. I requested a Panniculectomy January 2, 2002. Amazingly, January 10, I received a denial letter. I am looking for a good way to appeal this decision. I already called them to complain as they stated in their letter. I really need this surgery due to the apron causing infections. While my dh is very supportive, I need to do this for my own self esteem. Any and all help would be appreciated! Thanks Diane
