Do lopsided boobs get more even as you lose weight?

As long as people are talking about boobs, I thought I'd ask this. I am pre-op and I was wondering... My boobs have always been uneven, one is a cup size larger than the other. Has anyone had this problem? Does it get more or less noticable after you lose weight? I know they will lose definition, but right now buying bras is darn near impossible.
