Has anyone heard of Dr. Reed from Guelph Ontario?

With all the reading i have been doing about the surgeons that do the surgery (lap) I still haven't saw this doctor mentioned? Only doctors in toronto? Has anyone head of him and if so can you give me the run down on him?
