How do I add my angel to my surgery page

I went to the page where you put in your Angel's name. I hit update & nothing is coming up on my date page that I have an Angel. Also I don't have a red dot near my name on the people having surgery today page. What do I do now. I hope this is my last question considering surgery is a hop, skip & a jump away. :-) THANKS!
