I had the gastric bypass done Jan 2001..starting weight 440lbs

here we are almost two and a half years later weight 295..i even went back to the sdame surgeon Dr. Wongsa in Houston, texas to have my gallbladder removed and he never scoped me..never checks anything out..he said he couldnt help me..he said maybe "god" could!!! I have called his office and asked about revisions I was told it couldnt be done..since I was transected...I asked about "fistulas" they told me it was not possible for me to have one..they told me me it was no mechanicle failure that it was me..what do I do?? I have to get this weight off of me..is there truly nothing that can be done to help me?? I am sticking with the no carbs..protein..water..to no avail..I am so disappointed in Dr. wongsa..I have sent about 12 people to him and they have all be successful..it;s true he isnt such a polite person..but surely there is a surgeon somewhere in the state of texas that can help me..any advice from anyone would be appreciated..thanks
