Has anyone been helped by Texas rehab and if so were you approved for surgery?

I have BCBS and Healthsmart insurances both denied me even with Dr.'s note and past medical records. I have diabetes and bad asthma. I have gone through Texas rehab to see if they can help. They have sent me on some appointments but I just want to know if anybody else had to use them or been approved by Texas rehab.
