Does anyone know a GOOD plastic suregon in San Antonio,TX

I am starting the research process on plastic surgery now even though I am only 4 months post op. I have lost 68 lbs and only have 63 more to go to reach goal. I am specifically interested in breast reduction/reconstruction for now. I am willing to travel but not too far since I did go to Houston from San Antonio for the RNY. If possible I would love feedback from anyone who has suggestions or ideas and most especially if you know whether or not the surgeon will work with the insurance companies or financing of the cost.
