Is this normal .. changes in eating?

I had surgery (RNY) on July 10th 2002 and everything has been going well. I have only been able to eat about 3 bites and I am so full it almost hurts. However, today I got a bowl of Hearty Tomato Soup (about 8 oz) - I was able to eat 3/4 of it!! That seems like so much to me - could I have stretched my pouch? I normally have soup and can't even get past 1/4 of it before I am full. Could it be that I have done something wrong? Any advise would be helpful! Last time I was weighed was on 9/13 and I was down 65 lbs. Thanks!! Em
