Shots or Sublingual
I recently got lab work done and all appeared fine with the exception of my b12 levels. My PCP said looks like I would need to learn to give myself shots. I'm not so sure about that one. I've heard of the B12 liquid and the type that you put under your tongue. My question is are these all equally as effective? Are the shots better? I have no signs of anemia, just low b12 levels.
