Does tylenol work for you?

I had open RNY and hiatal hernia repair 3 weeks ago and I'm still using Vicadyn, for lack of anything else that works. I've been having headaches and backaches every day and tylenol doesn't do anything for the pain. I'll be talking to my doctor tomorrow. Until then, has anyone had this problem with tylenol and what have you done instead? Thanks!!
