Anyone experience pain only at nite?

I am 18 mo post ao and still have pain almost every nite with the nite meal. Anyone else experience this? I had my gall bladdar removed 35 years ago so its not that. If I eat the same thing at noon, it doesn"t bother me at all. Weird I know!! Any suggestions?
