Has anyone had surgery or is currently awaiting surgery by Dr. McCarty in Dallas?

I am scheduled to attend a seminar with Dr. McCarty. I would love to hear from anyone who has had surgery with him. What can I expect? any tips on being prepared with paperwork to help the process go a little faster and smoother? Thanks!!!
