Is AETNA PPO stalling....they told me it would only take 30 days to review

my appeal...i have been calling them every day..they keep telling me that the medical reviewer has it...then they sayd the nurse has it...they keep going back in forth as to who has it...why are they doing this to me..HAs anyone else had this problem with aetna ppo?? What can I do?
