Has anyone changed Insurance after WLS and still got new company to approve a Tummy T

I had WLS in 03/01 and 2 months ago I changed employers and I now have BC/BS of WI and I am now very determined to have a Tummy Tuck but am worried about the new ins carrier not wanting to cover it. Any suggestions or similiar experiences. Thankyou
