For three days I have had this pain in my left side...

at first I thought maybe it was a gas pain, but after three days I'm not sure! When I get to work I am going to call my doctor.. but I just wanted to know if any of you have had this? It is on my left side, around my hip and waist. It is the worst when I take a deep breath.. kinda like a burning sensation.
