Would like to hear from people who started at around 400lbs. or more
I was just wondering if 55lbs. in six weeks is considered being a slow looser I started at 501lbs. I have not started a exercise routine yet but i'm constantly moving around doing yard work and just being a mother to five busy boys. I'm just so scared that i'm going to be one of the first failures and not loose the weight. I'm also having some diet issues I know they say carbs are bad for you but those just seem to go down better potatoes,pastas mostly. I'm kinda afraid of meats because a few times I have gotten them stuck very painful!!! Even though I can't eat nearly as much as I did pre-op I still eat mostly carbs. Can anyone refer me to some type of good tasting protein bar so I can at least get all of my protein. Thanks in advance to anyone who responds to my question. You Guys Are The Greatest!!!!!!!!
