Has anyone heard anything about taking Pre-natal vitamins?

A friend of mine who also had WLS wanted me to ask if anyone has taken or heard of taking pre-natal vitamins for a supplement for those of us who have had WLS. I haven't heard anything of it. Please let me know if you have and what you think about this. Thanks.
