she has asthma, breathing problems and cannot get up due to the weight. the doctor says she is healthy otherwise if she could loose the weight but has not done anything to help her loose the weight, she has lost up to an average of 100 lbs on her own in several attempts but we need help to help her. can she have surgery at this point and she needs a doctor in houston, texas that deal with bariatric treatment and that can deal with the weight loss and the other illness' she has going on with her.Any information you can send will be greatly appreciated. her family is very concerned for her and need help!
