Do MOST post ops NEED surgery for sagging skin or does it shrink???

I am 29 years old and weigh about 345 to 350. I am 5'3" and im worried about MORE extensive surgeries after WLS. Am i young enough that i have a good chance not to need it?? i do have alot of weight in my middle.
