Has anyone experienced a resumption of high blood pressure and high blood sugar ?

I am 7 months post-op from open rny. I was able to discontinue medications for my high blood pressure immediately post-op, and for my diabetes within a few weeks. I have lost 140#. For the past month my blood pressure has been significantly high, and my blood sugar is climbing too. I eat no sugar and stay around 800 calories per day.
