Has anyone had experience with lawyer Walter Lindstrom?

I have recently been denied coverage by exclusion on morbid obesity by BCBS. I just hired Walter Lindstrom to handle my appeal procedures...what should I expect? I would appreciate others sharing their stories of appeal...Thank you!
