Calcium and Multivitamins...What kind?

Pacific Baratrics in San Diego gives a list of vitamins to take post op. Are Flintstone chewables acceptable? Also what kind of Calcium with Magnesium and Zinc would be good to have on hand to begin taking at 3 months post-op?
