Atkins Shakes

Has anyone tried the Atkins protein shakes? I've been sampling a few to see if I can stomach the taste of them prior to surgery. I've found some yummy ones. Love the coffee flavored one, strawberry sucks and chocolate is pretty darned good too. Are these shakes acceptable to utilize post-op?
