has anyone used body wraps to help skin tighten up?

my dad recomended body wraps to me.. i havent actually tried them yet.. but when i went in and talked to them..they recommended a 20 wrap plan.. 1 wrap/week for 20 weeks..and they say they garuntee the work.. anyone.. have thoughts..or experience with this.. i mean..if this works..great..no ps..but if not.. im out..alot of money..then agian.. i really dont want any more surgery.. and..i would be a self pay anyways..sorry this is so long.. huggles n bb all..
