Plastic Surgeons in Michigan who bill insurance companies?

Does anyone know of a Plastic Surgeon in Michigan that will bill insurance companies? I contacted one today who said that they would only do preauthorization for the hospital portion, not for the Plastic Surgeon's expenses. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
