I am 3 months post op - lap rny.
I have lost 90 pounds in the 1st three months. I am a 45 yo male who began the wls journey as a relatively "light weight". I was 317 and am now down to 227. I feel good (and look good, if I may say so myself). I never thought I would lose this fast. I have never gotten sick (i.e. thrown up), and I *may* have dumped once on an eggroll. I get my protein in every day - most days anyway. My lab results a few weeks ago were all good (slightly low in iron, but not too bad). My biggest problem is I can't seem to get enough clear liquids in. Am I losing too fast? Should I just enjoy it while the weight is melting off? Anyone else afraid they were losing too fast? You guys are swell, Temple
