For those who only eat 20 grams of carbs.....
What in the world do you eat??? I am having a hard time gettting in my protein without alot of carbs (i.e. dairy milk & cheese) What do you eat? I can only eat about 2 oz of meat but I can eat about 4-6 ounce of other food - soups, soft food. My problem is I cant find anything high protein without a lot of carbs except for plain meat. My stomach doesnt handle regular meat very well yet so I am open for suggestions. Anything but a protein shake....
