I have severe abdominal pain

I have severe right side abdominal pain, I do not have a gallbladder, I have elevated liver enzymes and the docs say what is a fatty liver ( I had this pre op) and the spot they see on a CT Scan is the same size. My pcp is puzzled saying that the spot should have shrunk if it were indeed fat and I've lost about 85 lbs. Now getting pain on the left. I've had an upper GI showing slow draining of my pouch, the stoma seems smaller than my last one 4 months ago but had a endoscopy for ballooning and the doc said when he got in there it looked okay. Now I've started to have seizures. Anyone else have any kind of wierd problems. Also looking for suggestions on a PCP(internist) in the Chicagoland area that is familiar with caring for post op patients and our unique needs. Prefer a female but will consider a male doc.
