Has anyone in the KY area had plastic surgery paid for by medicare ?

If anyone has had it done I would like to know who the dr, is. I have seen a couple of plastic surgeons and they want me to pay for it up front and then bill medicare. If I could do that I wouldn't meed medicare or my disabilty. Please e-mail me with any comments. Thanks
