I use Fitday.com, but they do not specific sugars,carbs, etc. Know of anything?
I am trying to keep a journal of what I eat, but I have no idea how much protein is in an egg, how much sugar is in a couple bites of watermelon, etc. Do any of you know of a carb/sugar/calorie/protein/anything type counter available on the web or elsewhere? Thanks for any info you have!
