I get in around 580 - 700 Calories a day, on the 17th of this month it will be 7
months out. I started at 347 and now weigh in at 260. I am thinking I am a slow loser. So I am now wondering if I am not getting enough food in. Some day I feel Satisfied. Other days I feel as if I am starving. My first meal is at 11, because I break my hours into every four. which means. 11,3,7. No snacks. The only time I snack is on the weekend. My snack is air popped popcorn. Am I eating enough? Should I trick my body sometimes and get in 1000 cal? Please help
