Do anyone ever feel like they are not going to lose weight?

I know I am only 3 weeks post op but for some reason I just feel like I am not going to lose much weight. I am now about 200lb and lost about 18-20lb but I just don't see the weight gone and I don't feel like I am getting any healthier. My blood pressure is out of wack because it is so hard to swallow my pills and then I really don't have much of an appetite because I have been throwing up. The last time I threw up my eyes started to bleed and now my left eye has a red spot. I have tried crushing my meds and putting it into yogurt but still is not getting my pressure down. Anyone have any suggestions
