Why am I getting UTI's

I am 9mths post op and have been getting UTI's Ive had 5 of them since the surgery. I have had cellulitis and a prior yeast infection from the antibiotic they gave me to cure the cellulitis. I drink at least 96 0z of water and know all of the other thing why they are caused. I am conserned that it could be something else thats wrong? Is there a preventitive medicine, and is this caused by WLS? Please any info is appreciated.
