I'm 4 months post op and my saliva is foamy!

This morning I ate a little bit of biscuit (2 small bites) I got sick on my stomach and had some vomiting (but only saliva came up). Ever since then, my saliva seems to be foamy and seems to be more present in my mouth. This could be because I've never had the foamy presence. It doesn't look foamy...Anyone ever have this...and could I have messed something up 4 months out?
