I'm 7 months post op and down 130 lbs. I can feel a knot under my skin

I can feel a knot under my skin about 1/2 from the top of my incision. It feels like its about the size of a ping pong ball and its only developed over the past 2 months. It doesnt really hurt but it worries me that it is so close to my heart. I've moved 1100 miles from my surgeon and I lost my insurance and my new insurance doesnt start till Feb 1st.
